This bike also has to have a jack shaft in the mid section.  The centerline of the swingarm does not line up with the centerline of the output shaft on the trans.  Hard to say what they have inside the side covers.  I would suspect that they run a chain from the trans back to the shaft as that is the most universal and then a "standard" length HD belt back to the rear sprocket.

I like the low profile a lot.  What has me wondering even more is what is all the "stuff" up front?  There cannot be that much space needed for an oil cooler and steering linkage.

Other than a few questions, I like it quite a bit.

Thanks for sharing.

PS:

In addition to my last post, the jackshaft mid ship allows for a longer wheelbase giving it more linear stability... I assume.

Found this story and link.... pretty COOL looking.  I would not mind to give it a try but sure not willing to add the third wheel yet.

Love the lean concept, hate the nose design. I agree, the front has to be covered with something but the midget racer look clashes with the motorcycle look IMHO.

Great concept tho! Hopefully, by the yime I need one, they'll have a better nose design.

Yep I totally agree with you and hopefully the good Lord will allow me to remain on two wheels a bit longer.
If I had my choice of lean or no lean my vote is LEAN...

BTW the PK says hello.

I didn't see any foot pegs or riding boards on this thing, so where do you put your feet.  :nixweiss:

:) Oh we've heard it all, thought I may have missed something?  ::) I always love it when something happen's in Arkansas and the news always seems to interview someone that looks like they came out of the sticks so far they don't know what year it is!!  ;) We've got some great riding here but summer can be rough though. Our area hit 115 degrees last August!! I was in Colorado riding with long sleeves and a jacket some that week! Glad I was there too!!  ;D Take care and ride safe Doc, Kenny
