Thank you for the post.  As a 29 year vet it is always wonderful to see that the service and sacrifice of so many is not forgotten.

After hours of baking in the sun in DC, we headed back to our hotel at the National Harbor and found out there was a Adam Lambert Concert on the lawn at our hotel, my wife got excited!!!!  The boy can SING....that's it over and out....

Thank you so much for the pictures.  As a veteran, I had never been to the wall, nor to DC but two years ago I went on my Harley with a group and participated in Rolling Thunder.  It was the best trip I have ever take.  Walking across the Mall I was approached by a reporter from the local station and he asked if he could interview me for the evening news.  I agreed and after the interview a few hours later he caught up with me when I was getting ready to leave on my scooter.  He asked if he could film me pulling out to complete his earlier story.  At the hotel that evening we all watched the news and it was a great story ending with him filming me pulling away from the curb.  I will never forget that trip and getting to see the Wall.  I hope to repeat this trip again one day soon.

Thanks for the pics. We were able to ride Rolling Thunder a few years back, was shown the sites by my wife's cousin who is now Retired Lt. Col. Highlights of our trip was touring the Pentagon and Arlington Cemetery. The most moving and emotional trip that we have ever taken.
