Why?  :nixweiss:  There's absolutely nothing wrong with the Pro Super Tuner.  It's just as good of a tuning device as the TTS.

It might be just as good as the TTS.  If pigs had wings they might could fly.  The feature set of the SEPST is vastly inferior to that of the TTS.  The features I have in mind relate to producing a well-running engine, not those of convenience.  The new TTS unit will work on both types of HD engine management systems.

HD may be converting everything to the CAN bus system in 2013,

What do you mean by CAN bus,,   Is this anything to do with 'Tamper Proof' ignitions that supposively will be mandated for all vehicles by the EPA in near future ??   :nixweiss:

Harley calls it HD-LAN, and it's the electrical system they first used in 2011 on the Softails, then in 2012 on the Dyna's, and I'm guessing they will use it on the 2013 Touring models.  The auto industry has been using the same idea for a lot of years, and no it isn't the same thing as the supposedly tamper proof ECM's being proposed by CARB and EPA.  Basically it turns the electrical system into a sort of local area network, with a central control module communicating to various small modules via fewer and smaller wires.

In the first place why would it matter to you what bike I have? FYI I do have a 2010.5 SECU Black Mist.  I ask if the new TTS were shipping yet. They have features that the old style don't is WHY I want one.
The new one will support my application also.
The Pro Super Tuner is just great but I want the features of TTS. Do you have a clue if they are shipping yet??

Why don't you tell us what you know or heard about, regarding the new features that the old style doesn't have? What do you mean when you say the new one will support your application? Do you mean your bike? It's kind of hard to answer your questions when we have to try to read between the lines.

Just installed TTS Master Tuner from Fullsac 2010 FLHTCUSE5 with map from Steve at Fullsac couldn’t be any more satisfied. Phone support on a few questions I had was GREAT.

Bike runs great..  :huepfenjump3:

I really just wanted to know if the new TTS units were shipping yet is all. I have already decided I wanted to use the TTS for my tuning needs based on the information I have. That's all. No big deal. Sorry to throw a wrench in the works.

I am a technical person and usually do all of the wrenching on my bike. I am not a motorcycle technician. I really am impressed by the level of support that  Steve provides for his product and the features it has.

I have used the super tuner in the past and am not satisfied with the results. That has more to do with the bad tunes I have paid for locally.

I hear they are being assembled but won't be out the door for a few more weeks. That's a very short time.. hang in there.

Not so much the tool's fault, more like the person using it, huh?

I expect that is be correct :-\. I just don't know yet. I did install a new exhaust system from Fullsac. their sport pipe and 2" cores in the stock mufflers.
I followed that up with a stage 1 canned map with the Pro Super tuner I have. Did the smart tune and the front and back VE'S changed some but not a lot.

I have an appointment to dyno tune it on Sunday we will see what happens. The shop I am taking it to is supposed to have a really good tuner. I hope this turns out better than the last 2 bikes I had tuned. I will have a long discussion and let him know what expectations I have. That would be decent fuel mileage and less heat.
The power that is already available with a stock 110 is more than enough for my needs.

By the way the Fullsac sport pipe and cores went on with no problems everything fit perfect. I like the deep tone the setup has.

OHHHHHH NOOOOOO!!!!  :o  :sauer005: :argue:
Ohhhhhhhhh Yesssssssss!!!!!!  They're both good tuners.  It all boils down to which one you or your tuner is more comfortable with.  I've got the SESPT on both of my rides and very happy with the tune on both.
