Had to retorque the adapter on mine as well.
It's SOP now with each oil change.

Since the guy that wrenches on my bike stocks the gaskets and has made this SOP as well,

And a few other guys I know have had similar issues and all 103 or larger engine bikes have oil coolers you'd think the Moco would have FIXED this by now.
