Rode all day and killed no plugs and still look freshly detailed.  That's impressive :2vrolijk_21: .

I can't dodge 'em that well......

Have fun and ride safe.

Have a great trip, Judy.  The Ozarks should be a nice ride this time of year...I hope.  The two bikes look great together, and it looks like you know how to pack  ;)  Have a great trip and be safe.   :2vrolijk_21:

Lol...There's a reason I have no bugs  :nixweiss:  Everytime we stop I get the bug slide out  :jester:  All my riding friends have always laughed at me and gave me a hard time but I find it easier to get them off while they're still juicy.

Bug slide?    That's new technology for me to discover.   I always soak a hotel's towel in hot water and lay that over the chunked up little flat baked on bugs.  Hotel may not be happy; but it works too  :2vrolijk_21: .

Ohhhhhhhhh, that stuff.  Harley brands a version of the same stuff.  Have actually used it; though not all the time.  When the Ozark's Traveler mentioned it above here I had a brain fart.  Was thinking some "thing" rather than some "stuff."

Eureka Springs, Arkansas up to Branson, Missouri.  Just doing the Ozarks for 7 days.

Have spent a lot of time in Eureka.  Fun little town and very bike friendly.  It doesn't suck quite as bad as it used to going through Branson.  But it can still be about as much fun as a doctor who wears rubber gloves for good reasons.

If heading to Branson from Eureka consider this.  It'll be farther than just taking 23 north to 86 and riding across to Branson; but it'll give a really fun riding stretch.  And it's still a short ride.

Either go north on 23 to 86 (MO) then east to 39 then go north to 76.  76 from its junction with 39 on east to Branson West has some fun riding stretches (better than the other E/W options across southern Missouri there).  You could also go east out of Eureka on 62 to Berryville (there's a Wal Mart in Berryville if it'll be time to do any shopping) and from there take AR 221 north.  221 in Arkansas becomes 39 in Missouri to go on up to 76.  That stretch across 76 can make the trip to Branson worthwhile.
