Normal for my 05
Normal for my '04 also.  Of course, you can raise the idle RPM's and that'll likely smooth it out, but what a waste just to see out of your rearviews at idle.  har. spyder

I did get to pick my bike up tonight.   As I walked into the service area, I noticed that the girl at that register looked very upset.   She usually is all smiles,,,  especially when she sees me walk in. I asked her what was up and she told me the sad news.  My service writer Elwood was on the Palmetto Expy and lost control of his bike.   he went down and died at the scene of his accident.   Really sad and such a nice guy to work with. I happened to be away this weekend and he did call me twice letting me know what he saw with my bike. I had about a 40 mile ride home and thats all I could think about.  Not sure if there were any other vehicles were involved.     As for my bike,,,  new motor mount and alignment. And a new fuel line hose.    Bike seemed much smoother.  I think I'll look at the tune at idle speed and see about raising it up a little.  Over all much better.  I miss Elwood.  :-\

So sorry to hear about this accident, Stu.  Always sad to lose a fellow rider.  :( spyder
