Thanks all.  Yes, I bought it new, had 5 miles on her.  CVO goody box was open and bags inside the box were open when they gave it to me.  I assume maxfuse and tag mount had to be removed and installed.   I look forward to a lot of good miles.  Thanks again for the replies.
