ALRIGHT!!!! Good idea on the oil temp guage Scott. That ambient air temp thing is a waste IMO. Nice pics, you can really see the silver in the blue. I especially like the tank pic from the top that shows it in the dark ble. SWEET!

Thanks for the pics Bro.

Looks like you removed the back rest on the drivers part of the seat. And did you ad that chrome piece at the bottom of the windshield or did it come on it? [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Yeah, I took the rider backrest off for now, forgot to put it back on for the pics.  I added the windshield molding, it should have come with because it looks really bare without it.

Wow!  That sled looks great.  And the oil gage matches!  I have seen some that do not!

You have a sweet ride Ace!

Scott,

On the oil temp guage it reads:

75320-05

Spun Aluminum Face

Fits '99-later Electra Glide

That's got to be the adapter to install the temp sensor - hasn't it?

Going to run about $50 for you guys I'd imagine (

$56.95 and it's a waste.  The kit comes with the oil cooler adapter that comes standard on our bikes.  I think the only thing they used was the inline T fitting which attaches to the lower oil line on the oil cooler.

Thanks Scott. I'm going to call the dealer tomorrow and ask them to make sure they either have one or get me one so that when my "smurf" comes in (ship dat "10/05") they can go ahead and install it while doing the "Prep".

Just got off of the phone with the dealer, my ship date was supposed to be Oct 13th, they said delivery has been pushed back two weeks. Anyone hear the same? I'm ok with if they are trying to fix some of the problems some of you have been experiencing. Oh well, the wait goes on. :'(

Rooster,

I can't imagine why..  I got mine on time and when I was at the York open house, there were several Blue CUSE's sitting in the staging area..

I have not heard yet. Mine is "supposed" to ship this Thursday Oct. 5th. I sure hope it does as I may have a buyer for my 05 UC. Sure hate to be without a ride for few weeks espeacially since I need it for Biketoberfest!!

Yours will ship when the truck going to your area is filled.  It will show as shipped when it goes into the truck, but if it is one of the first to go in, it will sit there until the truck fills up.  Mine sat over a week showing as shipped, but sitting there waiting for the truck to fill.  If you live in a remote area, good luck - could take a couple of weeks.  This comes from a friend who works there....
