How did my EFI tune change

I had my bike(2007 FXDSE w/thunderheader and Heavy Breather) dyno tuned in June, rode 5000 miles took it in for a oil change and asked them to check why I could smell un burnt fuel. They put it on the dyno and tried to tell me someone else had messed with it or re-tuned it. I told them no-one else has touched it(true). The afr had dropped from 13.5 to just under 12, HP from 92 to 86 and torque from 115 to 113 What may of happened I didn't touch anything, change anything or unhook anything. Any Idea's

What was it tuned with? Whats the fuel pressure?

did they unhook the 02 sensors? if so just engine wear will change the tune

TTS Mastertune on a 250ix Dynojet dyno
One correction to the orginal post I did put a LED tail light and LED rear signal lights on during this time.

not sure about fuel pressure,

You could have a failing 02 sensors, ecm going bonkers, or injector sticking open.
