Forgot, I am having the stock seat modified to have a rider back rest.

Dave,
I'll do that too.
Any feedback and pics will help...
Thanks in advance.

Let's see....

Normal starter mods:
Foot pegs **  18" Clear Wind Shield **  Turn Signal Kit to relocate the turn signals down to the head lamp **  Fork Lock Cover ** CVO Key **  Trim Ring **  Windshield Bag

And the good stuff:
TTS **  Full-Sac 2.25 Cores ** Arnott / Legends

Debating over adding the passing lamps just as the generic Road Kings have...   however, since mine is NO generic RK, I'm thinking that the turn signal mod to the sides of the nacelle might be a nice way to showcase the uniqueness of the CVO RK...

If considering spot/running lights and don't like the big lights on a Road King might consider the small spots from Headwinds.  I always thought a much better looking altenrative next to a Road King nacelle.  The Headwinds spots in combination with the Street Glide style turn signals make for a nice combination.

I will be contacting the guy about it in about one or two weeks.

I pick the bike up Wednesday morning at 1000, as soon as the dealer opens.  I land at home 2100 on Tuesday night.  I'm anxious to get it.  Plan to ride until dinner time/dark then after dinner put on the new exhaust system, and Yaffee plate frame and a few other little things.

Twolanerider

Those do look good on your bike and I really like the painted nacelle.

Had a message asking for a better view of the Headwinds lights on a Road King.  Far be it for me to miss an opportunity to pimp one of the bikes.

Thanks very much.  That's a point of the bike that's a highlight to me too.  During assembly wasn't always sure it would make it to the end though.  The baking process during powder coating deformed the nacelle halves.  Nothing fit.  Took hours of careful bending, clamping, grinding (a tiny bit), bending more, shaping and saying many many bad words before it would fit and look right.  In the end it was worth it.  But the boys would tighten up and hide behind my belly button at the prospect of powder coating another.

Wow, I did not realize it was powder coated and the amount of work you put into it.  I really still think it was worth it.  It just jumps out and grabs you.  It really is a focal point on  the bike for me.  The Road King Nacelle always has been and when you make it more unique and special like you did it just adds to it.

I put a Road King Nacelle on my Fatboy.  Wish I would have powder coated it black to match my bike now.  Not sure I would have your patients to put it back together.

Black would be an easier option.  Mother Harley offers black ones new in the box.

The powder coat shop warned me before doing the work that the Road King nacelles had often been "a problem."  I called two other shops at greater distances that I knew had experience with the parts and got the same story.  The local shop has a good rep, they had the color in hand, they were doing everything else, so I said to hell with and barged ahead.

Really glad I did.  It's sharp.  But man the beer stash took a hit that weekend....

That looks awesome!  Would the stock windshield still fit with those bars?  Feel free to post more pics!

To be honest I got to sit on it for about 15 min. My initial assessment is that they feel fantastic. I'm 6'3 so most people will say I went to short. They run on the tall side. I would say they are more like 14 in . I like them because they are wide. They come about even with my shoulders.
I loaded it back up and dropped it off at the engine builders. Getting it cammed, and the heads ported, polished, and milled.
10 more days but then I'm pretty much done
