Buy them now online or at any parts store without the logo for under $10.  ::)

http://www.amazon.com/HDE-12V-Socket-Rechargeable-Flashlight/dp/B003IDJPN4

I'm pretty sure I've seen them at Harbor Freight also

Comes out in October.

http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/gma_product.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524448780030&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302491575&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374302491575&locale=en_US&locale=en_US&bmUID=1346157898495&bmLocale=en_US

I have a better one than that, and when it's charging, the led glows red matching the instrument lights. :-)  Oh, and it cost a lot less than HD's Chinese rubbish.  :2vrolijk_21:

The reviews for the one at this link say this light doesn't fit their 12V outlet, it's hard to find the exact charging position, and you can't leave the light charging for more than 36 hours.  I think we know why it's so cheap.

This is identical to mine - http://www.amazon.com/eGear-86-09-Spotlight-Rechargeable-Flashlight/dp/B001BDJVYQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1346188093&sr=1-1&keywords=12V+Car+Socket+Rechargeable+Flashlight  though mine has a different brand name on it.  I expect you could find it cheaper than that Amazon link if you tried though!

Stays in the cig lighter socket all the time - it's off till you switch it on.  I switch to charge when it needs it. (Doesn't appear to come to any harm if you forget it's on charge.)
