King's Dominion had the same ride with a different name.  Used to take my kids years ago.  I got yelled at a couple of times because I could make the thing fly so high that the cables would start slapping.  Great ride - I loved it.

could not find what year harley started calling there motors screamin-eagles    But the Army has had the 101 airborne division since 1942 called Screaming eagles

I think they are safe, Screaming Eagles amazingly is a 'dead' patent name, so its open for claim..  Harley has several patents on the Screaming Eagle and Screamin Eagle names..   ----   check it out
