I am not sure of the time but if you have not used the policy it makes a difference on the refund amount.

Pro-rated refund relative to whatever time it's cancelled.  Full refund minus a "cancellation fee" if cancelled while the factory warranty is still in place.

You've got 30 days and 1000 miles to purchase the warranty.  What did anybody get for paperwork after they bought the warranty????
