D&D 2 into 1 will produce more HP when properly tuned.
Fullsac will also produce more power but if you use the power cores in a 2 into 2 configuration, probably not as much as the D&D.

The Fullsac won't be quite as loud as the D&D but you have a choice of 3 different size powercores.

Best of luck.. these decisions are always sort of a preference issues.

I run the Fullsac with the 2" powercores. I really enjoyed them at first. Now they are sounding a bit loud for me.
I would never have gone with the 2-1 from D&D just cause of the looks, regardless of how much extra HP they'd give me.
And my buddy's D&Ds are damn loud, almost as loud as Rhineharts but not as pitchy.

I've had both on my 07 cuse2 and both perform very well for me. Like the Fullsac better because the D&D Fatcat was just too loud for me.

If you want meaningful feedback, try to expand a bit on what exactly is important to you.  If squeezing out an extra hp or two is the top priority for instance, you might get one answer.  If appearance is a top priority, you might get a different answer.  And if sound levels are the top priority, what are you looking for, making ears bleed or being able to hear your music and converse with the back seater?  If the latter, I don't think you will find a D&D Fatcat, even with their so-called quiet baffle, that isn't pretty loud.

I'm not interested in squeezing out everylast hp. Listening to music a talking with passenger is important. I had Vance & Hines tru dual on my 08 RG I want a deeper sound on the new scooter. And I would like to do the work myself except the dyno.

Thanks, Jerry

Ask 50 people and you will get 50 different answers when it comes to pipes... I have the D&D's with the performance baffles and I absolutely love them. Though definately loud when you "get on it", no issues when cruising. I have attached the dyno sheet so you can see the results with only the pipes and a SERT. Really cant go wrong with whatever you decide though, just like chocolate and vanilla...

for all the great info.  When should I do a exhaust change? I have 700 mile on the bike. How do these changes effect my warranty?

I got the 1.75" and really like them.  Not too loud but definitely throatier than stock.  Some local folks I know have the 2.00" cores and they are a tad loud for me.

Thank you.

I ordered the 2" cores. If they are to much I'll order a set of 1 3/4".

Wow thats some sick twist! What tuner are you using? Did you do cams or any other engine work?
