Every time I hear about a rider going down I try to think about lessons to be learned.

Here's another shot of the front of the bike.  I still think that this anniversary model was one of the best looking bikes the MOCO put out.  Well, I mean before the wreck.

Being rear ended is a bikers worst nightmare.

Phaze....glad you made it out of that one in one piece, bro.  I've never taken an official course, but read everything I can get my hands on about safety, and riding technique for ALL kinds of bikes.  I'm always trying to stay out of people's blind spots...when I stop at an intersection, I always try and remember to check my mirrors and flash my brake lights several times when I see a car approachning from behind.

Sometimes, there's just nothing you can do/could have done....just glad you're still with us, and got back in the saddle.

Thanks for the reminder... [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
