Thanks! I found one of the turning light was faulty. I put back on the original bulb and voila ! the GDO worked again. I do not know how that happened , cause as you say is wired directly to the HL beams, however with the load equalizer that they provide can't tell with my very little experience if it could affect current, amperage or else to the rest of the electrical wiring since it connects directly to the battery.

Don't get why it made the GDO not work though
I do know this for a fact: The GDO transmitter is very sensitive to ANY amount of feedback voltage...if the voltage does not drop to 0 Volts on the high/low beam wires when operating the switch, you'll have problems. When I put the HID's on my bike, it dealt me fits trying to figure it out. Finally just put a Flash to Pass transmitter/receiver in and stopped beating my head against a wall. You can also do it by installing a relay that isolates the power going to the transmitter on the high/low beam wires.
