My friend everyone is right that has posted. I will add this a friend of mine who has been a mentor to me in my business said to always remember:

"When problems in your life and in your buisness come (AND THEY WILL!!...actually come to think of it have many times  ;D) you may feel things are falling apart but actually they are falling into place"

Keep your head high and all will be well. Best of luck

I agree with everyone else, it WILL get better, been there done that & it was worth it. I now have a great second wife, added some of her great kids & have a bunch of grand kids, mine & hers ( ours ). Was worth it at TWICE the price. Best of luck to you . . . . .

DB, glad to see you're picking yourself up and moving forward.  There's always a light at the end of the tunnel.  We'll be seeing you back in the saddle before you know it.  You always have friends and family here, so stick around and enjoy.  We'll be glad to spend your money for you again when you get back on your feet.  :2vrolijk_21:

Not much of a scribe but if you listen to just half of what has been posted you know you will always have refuge here. Never can say goodbye, maybe just Later as we know that you will be back. Don't be a stranger.

DesertBear,

Best of luck with significant changes in your life. You've made a decision that many dare to think of. There'll be a hefty price to pay but that's pretty much what good things cost. Have faith and good things will find their way to you eventually.

On a side note, don't you all guys admire that bond and compassion HD riders have for fellow riders? It's magnificent. God Bless!!

It's tough to have to get rid of things you enjoy having, but in the end, they are just things and can be replaced.  Been there myself.  Do what you have to do and get through this difficult period...things will get better with a little time.  Main thing to do is take care of yourself and then everything else will take care of itself.  We'll look forward to you getting back in the saddle again.

Exactly what he said - BTDT.  Hang around, and there is nothing wrong with back pedaling to a used (cheeper) bike to keep you in the wind.  Will help your sanity.

You all are awesome and I appreciate the wonderful feedback!! I didn't say what I bought when I traded in BLUU and my F350. I am the proud owner of a Ford CMAX. 47mpg. I keep telling my self I did what I had to do and that by the grace of God it will get better one day at a time!! Great little car I just hope all the computers keep working and I can figure out how to work everything. I wont have to go to the gas station except once a month!!

Agree with the others, don't leave the family now just when you may need some support.

This past Saturday I traded in BLUU my 2010 SEUC and my 2008 Ford F350 so that I can get back on my feet again from my divorce. Hopefully some day in the future I will join the CVO Family Again!! Ride Safe You ALL!! :(
Sorry to hear about your divorce. Like a lot of others been there done that. Things will get better. You don't need to leave the site.

You are not alone here.   Lots and lots of us have been through the ringer on a bad divorce.  Hang in there,  took me 10 years and now I am completely free.   And being happy is a great feeling.  And worth it!!!  Stick around and I'm sure you will find a way to be riding again sooner than you think.    Good luck.  Stuart.
