I am guessing then if you got the RK, the other side would have an RK on it vice the RG.

Welcome, PKelly.  You will find this site to be very helpful and assist as you begin the customization of your new CVO Ultra.  Post some pics for us to share.  I haven't had the pleasure of seeing the new CVO Ultra's yet.  I extend a hearty congratulations on your purchase, but you won't be getting a Gold Key, as some corporate Ass-Wipe felt that a free ticket to a museum in Wisconsin would be more fitting than a unique key symbolizing a rare and cherished event has occurred with the purchase of not only a new Harley Davidson, but a new, factory customized, expensive, stunning work of art with a big motor.  But this is just my opinion.  Anyway, I am sure you will be impressed with your CVO as I am with mine.  They are fun, and will turn the heads.

It is interesting to see how this is going.  I have the Gold key for my 2012 and when I traded in a 2003 I passed it's Gold Key to the new owner.

Remember what a PIA that was 10 years ago.  Had to buy a parts collection for your bike and once you did the dealer sent in a postcard and a month or so later the key arrived.  I did what they wanted and bought some things to get the key that I never put on the bike.

Back up even a few more years and for the 90th & 95th, you got a special belt buckle in a wood box.  At the rate that we are going by the 115th and future CVO's you will get a plastic card to carry in your wallet with a picture of a key on it!

For what it is worth, I think it would be cool to have a CVO coin to carry along with the key in the box. :2vrolijk_21:

Lets see, I got a gold key with my 03, still have the bike and key.

Got a gold key with the 09 FLTRSE3, bike traded, still have the key.

Got a gold key with the 12 FLTRXSE, have bike and key.

No gold key with the 13 FLHRSE5, but will get a coin. 

I am guessing the key and coin will get used the same amount.
