Finally Finnished FXR4 CVO

Hi Guys,
 Are they ever finnished? Well anyway the bike a S&S V111 motor 4.125" Bore/Stroke 116HP 5600 RPM/ 122 TQ 3800. Custom Stainless Steel Stepped two into one collector.
Primo-Reivera 6 Speed O.D. transmission, 30 tooth tranny and 58 tooth rear wheel pully and a Barnett Scorpian Clutch.
Fat Bob FXDF chromed lower legs, Wide Glide FXDWG fork tubes, Progressive heavy duty fork springs, Ricor Intiminators, Custom Cycle Eng. 49mm Tripple Trees, 3/4" axle for stock wheel, stock brake calipers. The CCE rotor spacers were modified as were the axle spacers. Flash Motor Works made the custom billet fender brackets to allow use of stock front fender. YSS 14" RZ 366-360 shocks with progressive springs and adjustable rebound

That's an interesting pipe.  Who's is it?  Does it get a bit warm on the right leg without heat shields?


Nice mods...  That much power on such a lightweight bike has to be fun  ! :2vrolijk_21:



What front crash bar are you using?  Is it a bolt-on or was it modified?

HI,
 The collector is a Turbo Tail 2 from Stainless Specialties in Tennessee. The stepped headers were fit and welded at Flash Motor Works in La. The 16 gauge piped were bought premade bends, the crash guards were stock items from J&P Cycle
I did not want covers on headers.That would cover the pretty.
welds. Yes the rear pipe can melt your boot heel. I pollished the pipe. They turned gold from heat but can easily be polished shiny again them will turn gold aging. YES IT IS FUN TOO RIDE!  Just got back from a Joy/Test ride to the Smokey Mountains 2400 miles no pro lems

Bike has Easy Bracket Saddle Bag studs for bags and 39mm windshield modified with 49mm Quick Release Clamps. Bike loaded on Smokey Mountain Trip
