curious what year your bike is. when your using a 30 tooth pulley what  belt do you run>

I use a stock belt.  Jim at Metal Dragon in Hayward, CA (hd_dude here) lengthened the axle slot in the swing arm a few millimeters.  So far, it works great.  I ended up using the Andrews 30t pulley because of time constraints, but the regular HD 30t pulley works fine, to, for less money.

would not want to get into the intergrity of the  swing arm i don't believe..   would like to find a belt that is ine tooth shorter. preferably  would be a HD belt.

I did the same mod on my 103 to pull my trailer sometimes........works great.
