Just bought a 2013 CVO Ultra and I have some questions for the experts, do the canadian delivered bikes have cats in them, the ventilator intake is that comparible to a Stage 1 intake, also does the CVO come with a security siren.

Yes on the latter two.  Don't know for sure about cat & Canada but I'm guessing "For Sure".
