Great  looking bike looks like your exhaust clamp is loose I see discoloration I think where the header meets the muffler ....

A couple of months ago when I first saw it, I thought the same thing.  I checked it, it's tight and not leaking.  Thought I might talk to Frank Drago.  I'm assuming it's discoloration from heat, that should not happen.

I sent Frank Drago a few pics of my discolored pipe. He said "No problem, under warranty, I'll take care of it".  That's great customer service!!

I'd say she is running pretty lean...  Did you ever get a re-tune after you did the stage one upgrades?

I agree, I think the bike is running too lean, although the bike runs pretty darn strong and gets terrible fuel mileage. I'm taking the bike in Jan. to Frank Drago for a tune and maybe a little head work, throttle body, and more. The bike has never been tuned, so I'm looking forward to the results.

Technically it has been tuned, when you added the thundermax with Drago's map. Contact Zippers and Drago and then compare their map selections.
