Glad to have you come on down but I have to ask.....what kind of a build do you have that you have to install 5.3 injectors?

Doc, this was the 107 inch that I had so much trouble trying to v-tune, due to the D&D Fatcat bung locations, you had given me some advise as to location of the new ones I was putting in. D&D warranted the pipe, and sent me a new one without bungs per my request. I welded stainless bungs in to allow 100% of the probe in the exhaust stream.
It's as I said, a 107, 4.375 x 3.938. Static compression is set at 10.5:1, deck is at -0.005, Andrews 55 cams, the 50mm TB I cleaned and smoothed, the heads I also cleaned up the ports, and flattened the D shape about 0.03, and the Fatcat with new bung locations and correct depths.
When at high RPM in 4th, but mostly 5th gear, I'm hitting better than 100% injector utilization, and the motor actually breaks up when that happens. I recorded the incidents, and also noted the RPM when this happened, and they match up. So I know I've reached the 4.3 injectors abilities at high RPM.
With the new bung locations, it actually v-tuned in pretty good. Then I worked the EGR a little to get the lower ranges to run up the RPM's quicker, and run smoother. All in all, it runs great, I just know that someone experienced with dyno tuning, and TTS can get more from the motor. Anyone that I've let ride it says I'm nuts, that it runs fine, and is smooth idle on up. I know it is, but also know it's not completely on the table yet.
