I didn't know when I bought my bike new last year that you could buy the extended service plan from any dealer or even over the internet. I hem-hawed around during the purchase and my dealer dropped the price but in the future I'll investigate what's the "best" price ahead of time and make where I purchase my bike match the lowest price or buy the extended service plane elsewhere.  This site has great information covering just about any CVO interest.
