Hamster guy you are TOTALLY wrong about adjusting the clutch. Look for yourself, they do not have any adjustments. Posts above are correct, fluid level gets higher vs lower with brakes. But otherwise it is a sealed non-adjustable system, that works very well.

You are 100% correct. Now you can add heavier springs to the clutch for a better hookup if you add more power. Just did this with mine and even with the old clutch plates the heavier springs made a vast improvement. The bike hooks up now [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] where before the clutch would slip badly when the power was applied. I will save the new clutch I bought and wait for the old one to wear out.

I saw that, hope he didn't take his ball and go home though.

Don't know Rog.  He left the site (apparently).  Without his balls he may not have anything else to play with  [smiley=nixweiss.gif] .

Actually when these guys jump on something or poke fun, it is kind of their way of hazing.  No harm meant personally.

Hope you can take it in the spirit it is intended.

I would like to know the actual answer about the adjustment under the cover other than springs or whatever though so I guess I'll look into it as you recommended in the manual.  Not an issue I have but worth knowing the details anyway.

PS: Glad to see you're still here Hamster [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]
