ventalator to a heavy breather

just wondering if anybody has done this
and how they made out.

2009 serg
dd boss fat cat
stock ventalator breather
sert had it dyno and tuned
every things great.

but know i just put on a se heavy breather.
should i get it dyno and tuned again or not.

no, your tune should be fine.  there is only so much air that can go into your motor and most all aftermarket free flow air filters will flow more than enough to cover that amount.  it doesn't matter if the different air filters are capable of flowing different amounts, enough is more than enough.

I replaced my factory CVO air cleaner set up with a S & S dual runner and picked up 6 plbs of torque
Had been dyno tuned about 6 weeks before fitting S & S dual runner when I went in for my service had another dyno session done

older cvo's did not come with the giant air cleaners that newer ones do.

for example a 2007 110 ultra cvo uses the exact same air filter in a modified box as the standard 96" bike did.

so on older cvo's a bigger air cleaner will possibly yield some useful improvement [or not] but on newer bikes it wont actually change things.

The new CvO filter flows as good as anything out there...anything will just be a look change...
