I suppose that can punctuate the end of this thread.

Took me a minute to read the numbers (used to seeing graphs), but those are nice results from the 103 Muscle Kit!  I guessed you would be in the 120/120 area . . . and YOU ARE! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Don,
Those are pretty damn good dyno numbers buddy. Do you have the elapsed time graph that goes with those TQ and HP numbers as well. That would tell me how it feels to ride it since I don't expect to get that opportunity.

Also, Dawg said, how do you like it ?

I can never answer for Don but based on my experiences the answer would be,

Based on the money spent for parts the response would be-----> Hell Yes!

Based on the time (my labor) and agony spent the response would be-----> Hell No!

What ya say Don?

BB, I do have an elapsed time measure.  The quickest I've seen so far is .02 seconds.  But that's measuring the time from throttle twist to grin.  It's even quicker when measuring ET from seeing poweder coat and diamond cut to grin.

Now, as for never getting to ride it?  You and it will be in Nelson at the same time.  Just have to remember the magic word man:  Sim Salad Maker (or something like that).

Don,
Well I won't say no to a chance to ride something with that kind of power, that's for sure. I'll try to remember open sesame or whatever the hell the password is- - you know mine for Elvis  ;). My point was however that you should be something like 3 -3.5 seconds from idle to max torque for the bike to feel like a dragstrip monster. That's what cams like Lienwebers and Dave Mackie's famous DM 580 were all about when Evo's ruled. Don't know if Lienweber even makes twin cam cams, but Mackie has a twin cam version of the 580 which is a DM590 and DM580G (g for gear driven) Anyway, I know Zippers is famous for performance and I was wondering what the ET side of the dyno sheet said. So you've got Doherty Mystfree on it. Cool. How does that work in terms of what does it do with the oil mist ? Recycle it back through the valve train. The velva rides are the balls too. I thought I was getting out there with Elvis and LD, man you're on Pluto dude.

Don,
You know, when you started this thread, I was wondering about the the latter part of the title. Seems a no brainer now cause the beginning is the only place you've got a fix on. The end it would seem is no where in sight- - for you and for any of us.
