BigLew55, what brand fairing mount are you using that allows GPS to be move forward?  I have a Cee baileys windshield and your setup looks great.  I don't need ram mount on bottom but pushing nav forward looks like it will work with my windshield.  Thanks

It's the pro-fit mount with the HD Fairing mount.

The swivel mount does require a small amount of trimming if you are mounting a zumo 660 or 665.  You have to trim about 1/8" off of one side.  It's plastic, so any small saw will make short work of it.

If you can live without the weather, all you need to do is buy the GTM12 Traffic receiver and it plugs into the 660 USB connector inside the fairing.
Works great and is pretty cheap, just make sure to buy the lifetime traffic one.

Web access is very weird today. I can access this forum but can't get to H-D or many other places. Anyway, I purchased a 665 off Amazon for a different bike. The following month I purchased my CVO with 660. I'd like to run the 665 on the CVO but since it's not a Road Tech, is the Road Tech harness available from H-D to run an off the shelf 665?

I've bookmarked this page and will research later on the GTM12 traffic rcvr. That might just be the cats meow. I'll save the 665 for a non CVO Road Glide if I go that route.

I must be missing something here because my stock radio (harmon cardon) has a built in weather channel.

The HK has a WX band(I think) that will give verbal forecasts and warnings for regional areas. I don't know how specific it gets, I've only tuned it in to see if I could receive it.
The 665 has "NEXRAD" which graphically shows weather maps that are supposedly up to the minute like you'd see on weather channel or NOAA website.  Not 100% sure, because I don't have it, but from what I gather it's a lot better than the WX band on the HK radio.
