Harley makes a kit to relocate the turn signals to the fork legs.  I have been looking into it.  Just waiting to do it when I change bars, and upgrade front suspension.

I'm to receive mine at the end of the month, and was discovering a friend's one this morning, just wondering how to move the turn signal.
Is that 'Custom Touring Bullet Front Turn Signal Kit-69577-06' (http://www.harley-davidson.com/store/bullet-front-turn-signal-kit-pa-11-6957706--1) the reference you're thinking of ?

The first one is the one.  I could have sworn three months ago, it was available with out the turn signals.

However that is the one.
