New to site from Kansas with questions

Just closed the deal on a 2008 softail springer with only 3000 miles on it.Love the bike bbuuutt after looking threw the past threads and posts on here i was wondering if anyone got some miles on there 07,08,09 110b?The bike is in perfect condition if the pics loaded you can see it is flawless.My plan is to take the vin to the local dealer and see if all or any updates have been done.Was just wondering since most problem posts were old on here what the deal was with these year motors now?Thanks in advance for any info.

Welcome from northern Illinois, that is a beautiful springer!! I wish I could answer your question on the '08 110. You will see something soon!!!! A lot of people with a ton of knowledge here!

Congrats on the new Springer and welcome to the site from western Wisconsin!

It should be easy enough to check with the local dealer for the recall status. Like others have said, don't worry about what could happen. Just follow your maintenance schedule and see if you can get any service history and enjoy the ride.

I am sure that you will get a good amount of advice from the '08 CVO folks on any issues to watch for. :2vrolijk_21:
