Well, okay...I've got arthritis and terminal cerebral flatulence.  That was a 2013 FLHTCUSE8 I bought, and all my goodies were in plastic bags (destroy to open, of course) with packing lists obliterating any view of the contents...but they were all there.  I'm still curious about the $100.00 bill under the seat, though.  When did they start printing it with the "single digit salute" we're all accustomed to?

When mine came without the garage door opener reciever, i used this to back me up as the dealer wasn't sure if it was suppose to be included...hummm

Like the garage door opener, although it took me a while to figure out how the headlight would activate the receiver through a metal garage door...damn learning curve had another speed bump on it!  It is somewhat decadent, don't you think?

Since winter here in WPA won't let go, didn't install the garage door opener until a few weeks ago.  Works great!  I had my doubts but now all I need to do is remember to use it.  At this stage of my life that's easier said than done!

Understand....that 77156-98A part number will yield no results in a look-up.  In fact, seems I remember getting the dealer to try and look it up so I could get a credit because at the time, I did not need them.  No results, even in the dealers parts book.

One thing is for sure...11's, 12's and 13's (Ultras) come with two sets of the newer "Boom" style headsets.

It's been a while since I saw one come off the truck...Do they just put the bonnets on them and put them on a pallet, then shrink wrap or something?  Still, I'm sure all the stuff that comes with the bike isn't just loose and laying around on the pallet...it's bound to either A) Be inside the saddlebags/TP, or B) in a box or some kind of packing, even if just a big 'ol plastic bag.

At any rate, it should not be rocket science to keep up with the stuff all in one place, and labeled accordingly.  How many times have we all read about people not getting all there stuff with the bike? A whole bunch, at least.  It leads one to think that the dealer is either A) stupid B) Doesn't care C) Is purposely trying to part some of the stuff out

Don't forget the all important rain sock for the A/C!  My 2012 CVO came with (2) headsets while my 2011 FLHTK only came with one.

Picked up my 2013 Anniv in November of last year and in the tour pack wrapped up was two   My dealer provided me with the setup check list and asked that I review that everything HD said should be there was, might still have that list as I am a bit of a pack rat.  Registered on this site earlier this week  first thing I posted on.  Hope your dealer makes good on what you paid for...   Riding season started here have 700 miles on her this week and loving it!
