Thank you for all the welcomes. Got lucky that there was no rain, but there is also no rear brake - yikes. There's pressure on the pedal, the brake light comes on but it sure isn't stopping the bike. So I have to call the dealership in the AM and get it into service Friday.
The only missing item is the Ipod, everything else is there which is cool. They gave me a touring rack and a free first service. I bought the extended warranty with the tires/wheel package, free rental if it breaks down etc etc. Did a little riding today to get used to the weight.

WELCOME    :welcome_005:     :welcome_005:  TO THE SITE.  Nice ride. I do think you'll enjoy the ride on the sg. I own a heritage (02), sg (08, 105 anniv), 12seuc. The sg ride is smoother & easier IMO than the softail. wife has 07 softail deluxe. been trying to get her to drive the sg. your first experience might not have been as enjoyable with stopping issues. that could be a lil nervous. anyway, enjoy the site & these great people. they'll offer alot of info, help ya spend some green stuff.   be safe, GOD's blessings on you.
