While the rear tire is off would be a great time to have a chrome floating rear rotor put on to match the ones on your front wheel. Bet FireDood doesn't even have one of those!!!

With the trip coming and over a G needed to complete the repairs, maybe next time on the starter.

Entirely separate issue but we're all a bunch of masochists (perhaps not a separate issue after all come to think of it).  Start out after the simple little chore of a new tire.  We all know bike tires are horrendously expensive low mileage lifespan donuts that we all too regularly get raped on compared to any other kind of tire on the market.

So the man starts out with a tire that's not even a radial that would cost $39.99 on a Honda, needs a belt too, and opts for a small bit of bling in the process.  At the end of the day the ship ends up with a bill over a grand.  We are not sane; none of us.

Trust me there are others out there with more chrome then me. This obsession really started (ok, got worse ::)) when I found this place and everything I've added is from what I saw here. :o ;D

Add me to the DA list...got the chrome inner, but somehow just couldn't justify the starter on a brand new scooter.  Now, how long do these damn belts last?

BD...the chrome inner is something you will never regret....really makes a difference in how the engine looks....it begs for it!!

Ace, unfortunately for you 07 guys we've all got one of those.  You guys just got hosed when Harley cheaped out and stopped putting them on starting with the 07 production.
