If you haven't updated the TTS installation since it last worked OK, I think you can safely bet that the problem is either Windows or one of the other programs on your computer that was updated recently. I run into that stuff often with other applications on my Windows machine, after either one of those wonderful Tuesday drive by Windows Updates that often break more stuff than they fix, or most recently a Java update that screwed with the way some internet applications worked. There are way to many interdependencies in software these days, and unfortunately some like Microsoft don't really care if their "patch" screws up fifteen other software products, or folks like Java (Oracle) who not only provide a great environment for malware but install some of it themselves (after every Java update my security software finds trojans on the next scheduled scan).
See if you can get in touch with Steve Cole on this site, or call TTS Monday. If there is a widespread software issue they probably know about it by now.
