Hi Pete! That's pretty toasty for over there. I visited England many times back in the early to mid 90s, and it was sunny and nice every time. I was beginning to suspect you Brits are like those people in Seattle... Just inventing all of the rain stories to keep people away, because every time I visited Seattle it was sunny, too. Then I made a trip there and got dumped on for three days straight...

Sounds like you are having some great ridin' weather, Pete....also, off topic a bit but congrats on the Wimbleton win to Andy Murray as the first Brit to win in 77 years.  I'm not a big tennis fan but watched the match yesterday and he sure played his heart out.  Looks like the entire country turned out to watch!

As for Wimbledon,..the Mrs yealed for me,..PETE,PETE COME HERE QUICK I run up the stairs not knowing what to think had happened. I got in the front room WHAT,WHAT happen? she said he won!!! "who did, won what? Andy Murray he won the Wimbledon all excited. OH that's nice honey yup, oh-ya, oh really, yup I'm happy for you dear I think that sums up my enthusiasm on tennis. Like watching grass grow.

LOL! I took that pic myself today in the Badger Den driveway! Of course, later this evening we had another 2" drop, and more forecast for tonight. And, 50% to 60% chance of precip every day as far out as the forecast goes.

July is the DRY SEASON in these parts! WTH? Not knocking these high 70s to low 80s temps tho... usually it's mid to high 90s or higher here in July.

Just hope it doesn't rain on Saturday. That's the day my wife is having her Hells Grannies female riding group swim party here... One rooster (me) and a dozen HENS!
