I'd just about bet you're not having many allergy issues down there this year. Pollen count can't be that bad with all of it getting washed away every 30 minutes....

Atlanta is usually in the stratosphere for pollen, but this year it's hardly even there. MOLD counts are ridiculously high, tho...

I am thankful that I have NO allergies... except to stupid people and asshats! Oh, and Taylor Swift songs... they make me absolutely homicidal!

Weekend looks great for the FIRST predicted dry weekend we've had since April....oops, spoke too soon.  Dry Saturday, 30% chance on Sunday....which means it will rain all day Sunday if this Summer pattern plays out....oh well

Rained all day here in NE FL.  Worst summer weather ever. My RK that is now almost 10 months old has 483 miles on it. Sad  Hoping for a long ride on Saturday.

OK, I HAVE to share my riding experience on this "sunny" day I mentioned earlier. Yeah...

So I decide to take advantage of the FIRST sunny day in ages to go over to Wiz' house to do some tuning runs using the new TTS Flight Recorder. After all, it's a GORGEOUS SUNNY DAY... Right? Why not?

After the long first run, we look at the VE changes (quite a few!), re-flash the updated VTune cal, and I go out on my second long VTune run. I notice there are a lot more clouds building. Out on the highway, they let loose. I pull into a RaceTrac gas station for cover, and spend the NEXT HOUR there watching the MONSOON... and chatting with a cool old dude named KENNY who rode up on an old Triumph Bonneville in the pouring rain, and who I swear could have been a frontman with ZZ Top.

After the LARGE storm blew out, I eventually made it back to Wiz' place, and he proceeded to finalize the new, MUCH BETTER, tune... in which he had switched the timing tables out with ones for an SE 260 cam... which is MUCH closer to what the Honey Badger's SE 259e cams really need.

HOLY CRAP! The Honey Badger has NEVER run this well since I went to this build!

I don't even CARE that I got rained on today! I am HAPPY!

I agree the worst summer ever, but my 13 CVO King has more miles than that in the rain.  Road to Key West and Back the end of March.  Rained from Orlando to home, a little over 600 miles.

This year I have rode to and home from MI in the rain, to FL in the Rain, Home from FL in the rain.  I think I have just over 2600 miles this year in the rain.

Hopefully I can make it to and from Milwaukee for the 110th with out being rained on.  However I sure am not counting on it.

Most of the miles on my Ultra involved rain, so I'm not against riding in the rain, but getting caught in the rain is different than going for a ride in the rain.....
