Can anyone tell me, is it just a straight replacement putting the Agitator air filter on my cvo streetglide 2010 model ? Or do I have to have tuning or mapping done ?

John, you should not have to do any additional mapping/tuning if you are just replacing the ventilator (stock) air cleaner with the Agitator model.  You may want to look into a cover (kuryakyn has a great looker) for the electronics when you swap, however.  They tend to hang out there a bit as the Ventilator covers some of that up.  I'm also considering swapping to the Agitator to match my wheels so let us know what you think when you get it changed out.

can the black or chrome cover from the CVO road glides with heavy breather work...I remember someone saying it did with a little modifying...

yes it does.

Trim most of it away.

3 8/32 screws, drilled and taped into the breather and some black RTV stuff and looks factory when done.

There is another thread in exhaust that has some install pics.  If you look at the bottom left corner of the one picture from 7'o'clock to about 9'o'clock you can see the 3 screws.

Total install about an hour including cutting the piece to fit and dressing it up with a sanding drum on a dremmel tool.  I have the scrap piece I can post a pic of that later to give you an idea.
