Nice!!! Did you make a head gasket change too or is that at the stock compression?

Stock compression. Only cams, exhaust, lifter and pushrods changed.

I would be less apprehensive if you were doing the cam change on my bike. I reckon most H-D shops would be competent in doing this but my trust would much higher having you do the work. Hmmm.

Did this same cam on my bike, but use V&H power dual head pipe, Kuryakyn crusher muffler with mellow cores, .025 off the heads with a .030 head gasket. 115/122 with this combo. You can use stock push rods also.

Yes, a fullsac XD header was used.

That's about the flattest torque curve I've ever seen. Looks like it comes in early and produces tons of usable torque all across the riding band, and barely even falls of by the crossover.

Looks to me as the tq was choked off by the 1.75 baffle and that's why it's so flat. My money says with a 2.25 baffle you're looking at peak tq of 118 around 3500 to 4000 rpm.......8 lbs of tq will make a big difference.

That may well be true Doc.  However, some aren't after peak numbers but instead ridability including "reasonable" tone and volumn....as we grow a bit more mature.  That was the main reason that I chose the 1.75 baffles.  ;D

I'm 63 now and I know just what you mean.....I was remarking on the statement of the flat tq curve, not your selection of baffles.

I have to agree with this but also wonder how the lower end torque would look with the larger baffle. My guess is it would come on a bit later.....
