We can see a lot more in this post as you didn't post your chart/#s before.
You still haven't said if you have a street tuner or super tuner?(both modules are orange)
The street tuner is so limited that it is worthless to me imo, as it only allows AFR adjustment. There are a lot of other tuners out there that do much more for less. (I have a V&H FuelPak off of my '09 SERG that will work fine for you, it did for me, until I exceeded its capabilities, by doing a bunch of motor mods~PM if interested, or if you have any questions)
As others have said here, you at least want to richen up the AFR in the lower rpms. That should pick up your tq some at lower rpms
