2013 cvo RK bad bearing again less than 850 miles

At 9 miles primary bearing started making a lot of noise now again bad at 800 miles stealer saying bad batch of bearings??????? This is not counting the ground in tree or handlebars at 9 miles. Anyone else with this problem or similar need help or maybe use lemon law???

You are the first to report something like this, at least on this site.  You may want to start investigating your state's lemon law now, but those I'm familiar with will usually require three significant failures before they allow you to file under the laws.  And many states don't have lemon laws for motorcycles.

I tend to believe if this was truly a "bad batch of bearings" there would be a large number of people with the same problem raising all sorts of hell by now.  And the bearing they installed at your dealership is not likely to be from the same batch used to build your bike.  There may be something else going on causing those bearings to fail prematurely, but if the dealership doesn't do anything other than replace the bearing and not look for other causual factors this may go on forever.

I posted up on the 13 CVO we just worked on.. belt tension was extremely tight!!! and that was cold .. get the pulley hot during a normal ride and you will really stress out some bearings / shaft/ trans bearing in the primary trans area. No reason to have the blet that tight.
