Thank you very much for all the welcomes I received.

The rune in the background is a 2004 and belongs to a friend of mine. It was my second choice but then I realized there can be no substitute for a Harley. :)

Welcome to the forum. I am new here myself. Please share if you find a good watering hole in these part. I just moved 2 months ago and miss all the dive bars in NC. The Steak and Lube in FredBurg isn't too bad for bike night.

Thank you for the heads-up. Where can I find info on location/time?

One of my favorite rides is to take route 50 to Middleburg. It is a great ride and there are a lot of places on the main drag with good food/drinks. Lots of bikes and not a lot of car traffic. Once you are all fueled up in Middleburg there is a mini 'tail of the dragon' ride through the blue ridge mountains all the way to Luray Caverns. You would want to stick with ice tea/soda if you are going to go that route, though. :)

Haven't made it to FB yet but I'll check it out in the coming weeks. Tell me more about the bike night. Sounds like something I don't want to miss out on.

The bike night here is not too bad. I certainly wouldn't call it a must see because the Steak and Lube is right in the middle of City Park off of 95. It goes Wednesday from 5ish to about 10. They had a DJ that was ok. Decent turn out with the bikes though. Lots of different patches show up but no one hostile. I will check out your route for sure. I like to be as far away from the cars as possible. Thanks!
