When your recording spark tune data, and playing them back.  Pay attention to engine temp.  If you are always seeing that spark event at 160 and not at 144?  Take 2 away from spark temp correction table, rinse and repeat.  Might try blending that down.

Thanks for the advice Hrdtail78. It took me awhile to figure that one out. Now I just need a little (OK a bunch) of time to spend tuning the spark tables... Again!
