Most of the 20%ers only give that discount online, so its not overly important where they are located. I used to use Lake Shore-     http://www.lshd1.com/servlet/StoreFront, exclusively until I found that the % varies by product. Sometimes New Castle- http://shop.newcastlehd.com/ is cheaper.
