The only part that is disappointing is the fact that this motor has been out and in more than its been on the street. I figured it was going to be more stable and a bit tougher and of course a lot more fun. Guess not, I just hate throwing more money at it to be able to sell something (124") that has only 8k miles on it. 3k for the rebuild / repress and about 600 bucks for the swap or save it and wait till I can sit on the ground a while and put it in.
Someone asked for pictures, I put some up in the gallery. I have the bike back on the road now with the 88 and it runs (slowly), but it is going to be a while before I decide what I am going to do with the motor.
