Well I had one more day of vacation, but felt like wifey deserved at least that much of my time after lettin me wander around the ole USA for 17 days. I humped 2,000 miles in the past three days.
 " Los Dragon " ( Twolane said the bike would name itself)  ran like a champ through every kind of weather from a low of 27 when Jorge and I left MV to a high of 92 out in the Arizona desert today. Throw in two solid days of rain, one dust storm, numerous ridiculous traffic snarls ( ask Jorge about the 20 miler in the breakdown in Georgia) and it's a real road dog. It runs ( almost ) with the big dogs too. I had it up to 113 chasing you, Grover, Otis and ( you might have missed him ) Big Daddy was not far behind you guys.

My wife ask about you yesterday, I will be glad to tell her the good news.  It was a pleasure meeting you in person and hope to see you again soon.  Sorry about the Spiderman thing at the motel didn't work out as I planed. I tried really hard to get the girls at the front desk to believe that  SPIDERMAN form California (AKA Tobey McGuire) was going to stay at there motel. Hey I was telling the truth you are Spiderman and you are from California I just didn't finish the Paul Harvey, rest of the story  version.  I was trying to get them to roll out the RED CARPET for you.  So you had to settle for the Bubba Special instead.
