Anybody have current "smoking deal" pricing on the HD ESP plan? I called around and I'm getting a quote of about $1800 for the 5 year extension.....any better prices out there?

My dealer quoted me $2154 for the  5 year plan with tire & wheel coverage.
Is there a difference between the CVO and the Ultra or the Limited?

Good news was that you can do it on an interest free plan.

Nope, no difference, your dealer's just trying to hose you.

That is a "smoking deal". Almost $3000.00 up here.

OUR local dealer assures me he won't do that! (when pigs fly)

First, everyone needs to use the right terminology to avoid the old apples versus oranges deal.  A five year plan is defiined as three years after the two year factory warranty.  If you mean five years after the factory warranty, they call that a seven year plan.  There is no difference based on which Touring model you might be talking about, all Touring models carry the same MSRP.  Btw, $2154 is the full MSRP listed on the July 2012 price sheet.  I don't have anything later, but I'm guessing they probably increased the MSRP since then.  Harley does publish an official price list; ask your dealer to see it.

I assume that "interest free plan" just means the cost is rolled into the price and not spelled out as an interest charge.  If I were you, I'd mention the price offered by Kutter and see if your dealer would like to match it.  If not, buy it from Kutter.  The $300 difference is better off in your pocket, right?

I recently paid $1200 (no wheel & tire) for the 5 year ESP. Keeping with grc's reminder that is another 3 years past my soon to expire original 2 year factory warranty.

The Trike 7 year plan is about $100 more than the two wheeled Touring models.
