:confused5: So far we have one original post asking for a very simple favor, and then nothing that comes close to truly responding to that request since.  The man has a nearly stock Harley and wants to use someone else's map until he can get his bike tuned.  What the heck does that have to do with tuner cars and racing engines and all the other BS?  If you want to blow your horn start your own thread for Pete's sake.

I have very little faith in any of the canned tunes.  He is only a couple of hundred dollars from ever having to worry about any of this again.  A pc5 with autotune will tune any of these motors in a couple of hours and most of that time is riding.

Shoot for about 14.1-13.8 in the midrange sliding to 13 at WOT and most of these motors are good to go.  They are dirt simple to tune when close to stock.  The setup he owns most of will dial itself right in.

That is the simple answer......

Here ya go:
Put this map in the PCV:
15-011-111
Let us know what you think of how it runs. It should be really close for you to be safe...prolly a bit rich...most PC maps are, for error on safe side.
That said, there is no comparison to a full ECM recalibration without add-on boxes by a competent tuner.

PS- Sorry for the delay...got waylaid vectering off in a totally different discussion.

Bob, that is a good choice.  It is already set up to my AFR targets and autotune is ready to go.

It will dial right in for him if he gets the autotune setup.

Are you referring to the system that uses broadbands? If so he'll have to get bungs situated in the right spots and welded into his header pipe.
I think you are over-thinking this a bit Andy...it's stock for cryin' out loud. :znothingfunny:

My sporty tune absolutely sucked when stock.  The motor is still stock from the throttle body to the exhaust tips but runs great now.  It does have a Harley heavy breather to fix the IAT issues.  All Harleys need tuning.
