My personal experience and observation from posts on this forum is that 115 hp is about the max one can expect if the stars are aligned and reliability is desired. With torque being, at best, 125. Yeah i know there will be guys that dispute this but one is not a solid statistical sampling and that s what most guys have in the way of a dyno sheet. One. A whole variety of factors can impact dyno results which is why i think the avg numbers of a really good build are 115 /125

I screwed up. I am referring to a mild stage one build on a 110. Ie stock cams, porting heads, tts tuner, a good tune, 10 to 1 compression pistons. I was really locked in to my primary goal on my cvo which is to have max pperformance wo sacrificing reliability. I regret the error

here is my build
i purchase  HPI 55mm throttle body to 58mm intake 1.8
5.3 injectors
Woods TW-8  Cams
SE 10.5 piston set
pro rivera pro clutch with tpp
fueling cam plate and oil pump
S&S  roller rockers and lifters, allready have there push rods
cometic .030 head gaskets
Headwork  by Hillside cycle
my lower end and my SE pistons went to  to Dark Horse    install timkin bearing replace the
rods cause the top end of the cvo rods are tapered and may be a weak leak   and my pistons will need some machine work to fit new rods
pro plug crank and balance all necessary stuff
Dyno Tunning  done by "stroker
other stuff done as well ,,but this is the bulk of the build

I'm a power junkie,  my mustang makes nearly 1200rwhp.

I don't know much about bikes though.   When it comes to the 110's, I guess we already have a cam,  what can be done to really get some more power out of them.

What kind of riding are you really going to be doing???

You are riding an Ultra classic. Are you riding double up??? then you will want a max torque build.
are you riding single and want the max usable HP and TQ for a Ultra?
Are you just bar hopping and want to impress the girls from bar to bar?
Are you drag racing your bagger on the weekends?
each of these requires a different build.

There is no good answer for your question

I know of two 110's being just over 121HP and 125 torque on one and 121.7 torque on the other.  Same build different head pipe and mufflers.

55 mm HPI throttle body to 58 mm intake
5.3 injectors
SE 10.5 pistons
Deweys head work for a comp of 10.8
259E HD cam
Woods directional lifers
SE adjustable push rods
TTS master tune
Tuned by Doc

The 12 CVORG build has a Fuel moto head pipe and rhineheart 4" exhaust with the Stock SE heavy breather, it was .3 hp less than the 13 build but 4 torque more

The 13 CVORK has a Fullsac head pipe, CVO mufflers with the 2.25 SD fullsac core and Agitator breather.  I believe the difference is caused by the packing and blown to the end of my mufflers and have since corrected that with the screens to hold it in place, and the agitator breather as nothing so far beats the heavy breather.

Im trying to learn here so bear with me. My figures of 115/120 are not that far off from what i see being posted.
Maybe what i need to know is what does the group says constitutes mild hopup/stage 1?

Is changing throttlebody, injectors, roller rockers, beyond stage 1 or no?

On a somewhat different note if one has heads, pistons and exhaust that could support a more performance/ radical cam but chooses to have a milder cam is he going to be doing any damage to engine in anyway by having a milder cam or is it just a matter of hes not "camming" bike to full potential????

Harley makes a simple 110 upgrade package that includes hc pistons  a 259e cam and a tuner. With a good pipe this system gave me 120 tq. Good drivability and so far very stable.

The  Screaming Eagle catalogue I have from 2011 calls it the SE Pro 110 Performance upgrade kit and lists for 1259.95. I did a Pro Pipe and had the heads "cleaned up". It was quite a bit of bang for the buck and all done at the dealer with high level of confidence.
