I had to sue under the lemon law and it was very quick once I got a lawyer.  They would not take me seriously for 3 months and within a week of hiring a lawyer they wanted to "buy" my bike back.  They ended up paying full retail, more then I paid, plus my lawyer fees.  I didnt want to do it but it was in and out of the shop so many times and I felt like i was being taken advantage of.  PM  me if you need any details.

yeh, I'ld start with a lawyer on LL. I wouldn't care if they didn't give me a cvo loaner. just a rk, sg or used ultra for couple weeks. my dealer loaned me a bike for 2-3 days when working on mine & knew I had co in from out of town & had some riding planned. Lynchburg,Va H-D has been good to me overall. I may not agree with everything, but like I stated "overall", they're ok. good luck. I would keep preesing them. I would repost on facebook every day. make 'em earn their $$$
