Just left on my bike AC switch all night and now it dead and Bart will not charge is their a fuse that maybe burned out ,  when i turn switch all that comes on is the oil light

Try hooking up another battery (a charged one) to the one that is dead. Wait a few minutes then hook up charger. If all goes well you should be able to disconnect the secondary battery. Sometimes when a battery is completely drained, it does not know it's polarities.  I'm sure there's a technical explanation, but basically the charger cannot sense the positive/negative and so then will not charge.
